Congratulations to the 5 students, Colm Doherty, Michael O’Connor, Paraic Conway, Jack Allen and David Maher (pictured above left to right) who were awarded Entrance Scholarships to UCD for 2013. The presentation took place on Tuesday evening, November12, in the O’Reilly Hall on the Bellefield campus. Entrance Scholarships are awarded on the basis of outstanding achievement in the Leaving Certificate examination, to those gaining 560 points or more. We congratulate the boys; they have done themselves,their families and indeed Good Counsel College proud.
