Plan for Continuity of Teaching, Learning & Support.
Dear Parent/Guardian & Students,
We hope all is good with you and your family as we approach the mid-term break. Well done to all of our students, staff and parents/guardians on the fantastic work done in this first term back. Your support has been invaluable in getting our students back to a positive school routine.
Please find attached a copy of the broad plan being put in place to ensure continuity of teaching, learning and support for students in our school community. Do not read anything into the publication of this plan as we are simply being proactive, as a staff, to prepare for remote teaching and learning in the unlikely event we return to that scenario.
The plan is built around student and teacher experiences from the period March 12th to May 29th 2020, in particular a detailed survey completed by last years 5th year group.
If the situation requires, further more detailed guidance will be issued to parents and students. Today, October 21st, we have asked parents to complete an Information Technology Audit Questionnaire for each of their sons attending the college. This will assist us in supporting him and you should the need arise. The link to this audit was texted to all parents. You can also find it by clicking here.
