We are delighted to arrange our Assessment Day for Saturday, February 8th in the College Sports Hall.
Please be advised that this is an aptitude assessment and your son should in no way worry about it. It simply gives us a little more information around your son’s aptitude. It will be used, along with 6th class passports and information you share with us, to give us an insight into some of his strengths and weaknesses.
Assessments will begin at 9:30am and your son should arrive by 9:25am at the latest. The assessments will conclude at 12:30pm. We ask that when collecting at 12:30pm, parents wait outside as noise in the foyer can be distracting to the boys as they conclude their assessment.
We will have a number of staff members and senior students present on the morning to support your son. The only resources he will need are:
- A HB Pencil
- An Eraser
A light snack will be provided during the morning, however should you prefer your son may bring a small snack with him.
Should your son have any specific medical or dietary requirements, please inform the school office in advance of the day.

Failure to attend the Assessment Day, without prior notice, may result in the withdrawal of the offer of a place in the college for September 2025.
